This patient desired a fuller but natural appearing result. Specifically, she requested a mid to large C cup. This was achieved with a 300 cc implant overfilled to 320ccs. Her result is shown 3 months following her procedure. A subtlety to note here is that she has a "tight" envelope preop - meaning that her skin has good elasticity preop. This accounts for her tight and full appearance postperatively.
