This patient did not like the overall shape or size of her breasts preoperatively. She wanted a "natural" result which would not be overbearing. Preoperatively, you can see that she had very narrow breasts with a very loose envelope. Her nipple location is low enough that she could have been a candidate for a lift. She did not desire this option due to the potential for scarring. You can see that her implants lifted the nipple location slightly, and that she has a very natural result.
