Subject 391

This patient is a 37y/o who has had children and developed sagging (ptosis) of her breasts. She wore a 34B bra and wished to be a full C. She was augmented with 350cc biodimensional (anatomical) implants placed beneath the muscle along with a mastopexy (breast lift) with a periareolar incision. She is shown here about 2 ½ months after her surgery.
