This female patient had a breast augmentation procedure done for her by plastic surgeon Dr. Palmer Ramey, located in Tulsa, OK. The woman wanted to see what her options where regarding current breast size so she set up a consultation with Dr. Ramey. Dr. Ramey explained how breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either silicone or saline based breast implants and placing them above or below the breast muscle.
